Donations are processed securely through the payment gateway. A contribution is confirmed only after the payment is captured and verified. Keep your donation reference for future communication.
If you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error, contact the organisation promptly with the donation reference and payment ID. The organisation will review the request and provide its decision. Approved refunds are initiated through the gateway and reflected in the payment record after gateway confirmation.
A donation acknowledgment is not an 80G tax certificate. Eligibility and certificates must be confirmed directly with the organisation.
